Challenge Overview

CRECO Kenya was seeking a reputable agency that would conduct a website redesign and remarkably depict what they stand for, what they have done and also curate resources that should be readily available for the public.

The website would also After a rigorous bidding process, Madavi was shortlisted as the final agency who would take CRECO Kenya through the redesign process.

Our Approach

We commenced with workshop sessions with the CRECO Team to get to understand in depth what they do and the Impact they are making. Once we understood this, we formulated a design plan with the goal in mind.

Afterwards, we designed a simple minimalist web prototype that we shared with them to visualise the final product. Next came the content overhaul; we reviewed all the content on the previous website together with what needed to be added.

Going Live

Once done the site architecture development started with regular testing through workshops from both teams with tweaks being conducted gradually.

Within 2 months we were ready to go live.

Madavi connected all of the platforms and technologies to map the customer journey. Web-based analytics gave the team clarity of how CRECO’s website and landing pages should be designed to maximise lead generation in all markets.

Madavi evaluated the technical aspects of their website and found a number of core areas to improve. These updates boosted overall search crawl efficiency, making it easier for search engines to read the site and led to broader search visibility.

Extensive research helped Madavi identify keywords with high search volume. These keywords were mapped to certificate pages on CRECO’s website, where changes to title tags, headers and page copy quickly elevated those pages on search engine results pages
