Collaborating with Alan Mzungu, Managing Partner at MMS Advocates, we addressed this challenge by:

  • Shifting perceptions from a reactive approach (“You Need a Lawyer when in Trouble”) to proactive legal advisory for day-to-day operations.
  • Designing a web strategy and crafting a 15-month content plan aligned with trends and online search behaviour, facilitating effective communication with potential clients.
  • Employing advanced analytics to monitor progress and generate comprehensive evaluation reports.

What We Did

Collaborating with Fundiz Shop, we tackled their challenge by:

  • Addressing the market’s dichotomy of low-quality yet affordable and high-quality but expensive furniture. The aim was to carve a niche audience appreciating well-designed products without exorbitant costs.
