How can a law firm sensitise the masses about law in a personalised way using the current social interactive tools?
This was the question on Alan Mzungu’s mind, MMS Managing Partner, when he engaged Madavi. Traditionally a structured industry, the legal space hasn't had much innovation until recent years.

The problem with the space is it takes years to establish a brand around your firm which might work or not depending on the focus areas you have also aligned on.

Secondly, since it's a technical industry, there was a need to change perceptions from “You Need a Lawyer when in Trouble” to “A Lawyer’s advisory to your day to day operations”.

There was a need to build infrastructure around MMS Advocates in how they communicated to potential clients and also how they were perceived generally.

Our Approach

We commenced with a web design strategy that clearly articulated what they were doing. We then created a 15 months content strategy for socials and the blog based on trends and patterns based on what people were looking for online.

This was coupled with advanced analytics to track progress and prepare evaluation reports.

Extensive research helped MMS Advocates identify keywords with high search volume. These keywords were mapped to certificate pages on MMS Advocates website, where changes to title tags, headers and page copy quickly elevated those pages on search engine results page

Proper tracking, measurement and reporting guided MMS Advocates’ strategic marketing decisions, like doubling down on YouTube as a viable marketing channel to drive qualified web traffic.
